Empire Lampshade - Red Cave
This print was inspired by the cave paintings made many thousands of years ago, as well as the simple cut out techniques of Matisse’s artwork. You can find hidden animals amongst the shapes if you look carefully. The original artwork was created with ink on paper.
THE STYLE: Light up your space with your favourite Palava prints, available in our range of made-to-order lampshades. This flared Empire shape is available in three sizes, and can either be made for a standing lamp or for a ceiling fitting. About the Fabric: 70% Cotton - 30% Linen Blend
Eco-credentials:
To hang your lampshade:
- Insert the plastic white fitting that fits in the inner ring of the lampshade.
- Remove the bulb from the lightbulb socket and any rings or pieces that secure it in place.
- Thread the lightbulb socket through the hole in the inner ring and re-attach any fastenings.
- Place the bulb back into the lightbulb socket.
