Machinist (Part-time, with potential for Full-time)
We’re looking for a skilled Machinist to join us at the Palava Warehouse in Northallerton (DL6 3RE). The role will start as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position depending on experience.

About the Role
- Operate industrial sewing machines in a workshop/factory environment.
- Work on production runs with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Assist with different stages of garment making as needed.
- Help keep production flowing smoothly and efficiently.

- Previous experience working in a factory or production environment.
- Confident in using industrial sewing machines.
- Fast and productive while maintaining high-quality standards.
- A self-motivated worker who can problem-solve and use initiative.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.
- Flexible to work extra hours during busy periods.
Hours & Pay
- Part-time to start, with potential for full-time.
- Competitive hourly rate depending on skills and experience.
Location & Transport
- Based at the Palava Warehouse, Northallerton, DL6 3RE.
- Please note: the warehouse is in a rural location, so you will need your own car/transport to get to work.
