Palava dresses are unique and special. But sometimes tastes change and our bodies change and so pieces don’t get worn as much as they could. At Palava we want to make sure every Palava piece is enjoyed. We want to make it as easy for you as possible to rehome your pre-loved Palava pieces.
Follow the steps below to trade in a Palava item you no longer wear.
1. Make sure your item is washed and clean
2. Register your trade-in by clicking the link below
3. Send your item back to us (instructions are in our FAQ)
4. Your item will be checked over and your credit will be sent over to you
5. Shop our website (new and pre-loved) and use your unique voucher
