PRE LOVED - Aila Knitted Top - Pink Sloes

This is a pre-loved Palava item. It means it has been worn before and might show signs of wear (or signs of love, as we like to call it). But don't worry, all our pre-loved items are checked over by Zoe and Sam in our Warehouse in Yorkshire! Clean, (almost) as good as new and ready for an exciting adventure in its second life.

Our Aila knitted top is an easy-to-wear classic, featuring a soft collar, three-button fastening and full-length sleeves. A perfect wardrobe staple.

Aila is ethically made by Guray and his team in Turkey, where the organic cotton that it's made from is also grown and spun.

Made in Izmir, Turkey

We have chosen to source and produce our fabrics and knitwear in Turkey, with the help of our trustworthy partner Guray. We’ve been working with him for over 10 years! He works very closely with our factories that weave all our cotton fabrics and print them with our hand-illustrated Palava patterns, as well as with the small family-run business that produces our organic cotton knitwear. We often make visits to see them. All the workers are paid the living wage and lunch is provided each day as well as a shuttle bus to and from work.

The woven fabrics for our dresses are printed in Turkey, then shipped to the UK to be sewn into our beautiful and quirky garments. And we don’t just stop at the materials! All of the dyes we use are certified OEKO-TEX® dyes and 100% colourfast.
