Meet the Palavian: Milly Fyfe

Meet the Palavian: Milly Fyfe

We’re pleased to introduce you to Milly Fyfe.
Farmer, social entrepreneur… and a Palava wearer.

Milly is the woman behind The Countryside Kitchen, part of a not-for-profit helping people reconnect with food, farming, and the land around them.

From school groups to community workshops, her work is all about getting people involved. Growing, cooking, eating, and understanding where food really comes from.

What stands out is how much care sits behind it. Making these experiences accessible, especially for those who might not otherwise have the chance.

It’s thoughtful, practical, and genuinely making a difference.

If you want to look into what Milly does more, check out her work at: https://www.thecountrysidekitchen.co.uk/

And if you want to help support The Countryside Kitchen and the amazing projects they have on, you can here: https://givealittle.co/c/thecountrysidekitchen

We wanted to start sharing more of these stories.
The women who wear Palava, and everything they’re building alongside it.
