Workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, but can be transferred if you are unable to attend. In the event of staff illness or under-subscribed workshops, Palava reserves the right to cancel at any time. If rescheduling is not possible, the workshop ticket price will be fully refunded.
