PICKLING AT PALAVA with Rachel de Thample
Inspired by our new pickle fabric, River Cottage's fermentation expert Rachel de Thample is venturing to our new shop for a hands-on pickle making workshop. Appropriately, she also has a new book out that celebrates the art of bundling seasonal produce in jars. The evening will start with drinks and nibbles from the book followed by a demo and a hands-on making session.
We’ll have an abundance of beautiful pickle pattern homewares on offer should you be tempted, as well as copies of Rachel’s brand new and very beautiful book.
