Composition: 70% Cotton - 30% Linen

Description & Certifications: Linen is a natural fibre made from flax plants, a plant which grows without the need for fertilizers or pesticides. We have blended it with organic cotton to make a luxurious fabric that is strong, durable and practical. Please Note: As our linen-cotton blend is made from 100% natural fibres, little flecks may appear in the print. These irregularities are part of the beauty of natural fabrics.

Dyes: OEKO-Tex-certified Dyes

This print was inspired by the cave paintings made many thousands of years ago, as well as the simple cut out techniques of Matisse’s artwork. You can find hidden animals amongst the shapes if you look carefully. The original artwork was created with ink on paper.

THE STYLE: Our cushion covers bring your favourite Palava prints into any room in your home, with a rich selection of colours styles to choose from. This cushion cover measures 31cm (H) x 41cm (W), with a luxurious fixed pom-pom trim. Fastens with an invisible zip at the back. Cushion pads to fit this size are also available separately.

Our SS22 cushions were made by Juliana at Strickland & Holt in Yorkshire.

LINEN / COTTON BLEND: Our linen/cotton blend is woven and printed especially for us in Turkey. A slight slubbing can occur on linen, but this is part of its charm and gives the cloth its coveted vintage feel. Avoid picking or snipping at the slubs, they are part of the fabric's character and intrinsic to its structure.
